Still waiting on my money

I have been waiting for my funds to be paid out over 6 weeks now and the policy on your website states 4-6 weeks. I have called your call centre numerous times with pathetic customer service and excuses. Your process is flawed and has in this time cost me a property. When I spoke to one of your admin staff members I was advised that this is not their problem but I should just wait. What nonsense is that???? My contribution was received on time and balanced by the way but no directive and all I get is excuses.....this is my money or are you also running a **** like most popular well known financial institutions???? You are in Bridge of your contract and still have unprofessional staff members employed at your company.....
