Still waiting for my claim to be paid
It's been 2months waiting for my claim to be pd out. Yes, my previous employer took time to submit my claim however AF confirm they received my claim 5 weeks ago already. Now every week Im getting a different story. No response to emails. Your service is as bad as Home Affairs. I will never do business with Alexander Forbes again.
