Still waiting for my claim for months now after submitting documentation
I am getting frustrated by the service and lack of communication from Alexander Forbes, for weeks now my query is always being escalated and I must wait for an email of when my claim will be paid and nothing happens no email nothing and when I call again same story now I am tired of calling and being told same lie

02 Sept 2022, 08:39I really doubt that we are important to Alexander Forbes otherwise you wouldn't be treating us this way, your response to my query shows that I should wait indefinitely since even now I'm still getting computer messages acknowledging my query with no response of when it would be sorted

27 Sept 2022, 16:36By the way my issue is still not resolved, even the email that i received from Alex Forbes the person said that they would attend to my query that was the only email I received and I have sent countless email asking how they are handling it or just an update but no response from them and whenever I call them I have to repeat the whole thing to their consultant and their supervisor is always in a meeting and I must expect a call back and that as well doesn't happen.
I feel sorry for people who are still investing their money with Alex Forbes because claiming from them is a headache
