Still Waiting

I wrote a review on 26 Jan 2022 , i was promised feed back but nothing , wrote a review on the 9th May 2022 promised feedback on the 6th June 2022. Still no feedback. They don't only knee jerk reaction to the review. Please can you get someone who cares and knows how to do their job
