Still unresolved

<p>Firstly thanks to Alexandra Forbes for their assistance thus far however I received a call that there were outstanding documents re the withdrawal from my provident fund which they never told the company about when they were requesting indemnity forms. I was told that the company will be sending them on Tuesday 16 May and then payment will be processed. I wanted to find out if the documents have been received and when I can expect payment. This is really frustrating as it has been going on for so long and would like for it to be resolved speedily.</p>
