Still disgusted!

I'm still struggling to get the feedback concerning why my pension fund is not paid to my preservation fund as yet. Karen is still very hard to get hold of. Even the emails that my financial adviser sent to her seldom gets response. Last week she said they were waiting for SARS clearance and has yet to provide an update to that effect
