STILL AWAITING PAYOUT ***

I am shocked and disgusted by the service i have received form Alexander Forbes such a prestige company yet a total lack to customer service. I was advised in early November 2020 that my pension money backdating from 2017 was going to be paid out in two weeks. I am now going for two months of not having received my payout. I have already made numeruous follow up where i was told the funds are with SARS. So I took it upon myself to check only to find No Alexander Forbes clearly had not intention of processing my funds. SARS was not at fault all along Alexander Forbes where just neglecting my claim. All i'm given is a reference number ***. WHY IS THIS TAKIN SOOOO LONG? is this how money gets ******?
