This company is *******. My 2 pot claim says it was paid into my account and the claim closed. On the tracker it says money was paid on the 27th September and nothing ever came through my account. Their call center numbers you will hold for an hour without any assistance. Now I'm stressed because of them. This is really frustrating and unacceptable 😡

I went to the branch yesterday and I was told my payment bounced back. My bank confirms there's nothing wrong with my account. I expected that money to be in my account today because I visited your office yesterday morning and they reversed the payment on their side and made another deposit.
Do you guys know how much stress you're putting us through.
Make it easy same way it's easy when you collecting from our side please. I don't want to visit your offices again because it won't be nice

05 Oct 2024, 08:56Do you guys know the amount of stress you're causing us. When I was at your offices on Thursday I was told SARS money is already gone. How is it that SARS payment goes through and mine doesn't. And how is that it goes through twice and mine fails twice. Make it make sense.
I want my money please. It seems there's some high level ***** going on there because it just doesn't make sense. The amount of stress you put us through is very disturbing and very unnecessary because you knew the 2 pot is coming but you did not prepare how you're going to deal with the volume of applications and workload. Meanwhile people are jobless out there
