STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY DONT PAY OUT MONEY DUE!!!!!

<p>This is the most pathetic company in South Africa. Please poeple make sure you dont do business with them!! We submitted our paperwork with them for a payout on the 9th of March and we were told that it would take 8 - 10 weeks to pay out. Needless to say we are in week 13 and have made about 22 phone calls to them, have had to resubmit our paperwork about 4 times (because they keep losing paperwork) and were told 3 weeks ago that our claim has been sent for payment within 3 days and still were waiting!!! And in between all this we receive sms's from them asking for paperwork that has been submitted and resubmitted!! Nobody seems to know what is going on or can give us proper answers. All we are told every day is that "its been sent to back office". How pathetic!! Just pay us out or f@#$ing money!!!!</p>
