Stay away from Alexander Forbes they are pathetic
GlacierInstructions (Alexander Forbes) is the worst investment company one can invest on. They do have an idea of what they are doing. My advice stay away from them, if you want to live longer.
I made a claim from Alexander Forbes, which supposed to have paid up now but I am getting stories to submit documents that where never missioned. I regret the day in left my investments with them.

So, save you apology and help people out, why should I be begging for my money. To make things worse you are sending up and down for documents that are not even part of the claim or documents that were never missioned when doing a claim.
