STAY AWAY FROM ALEXANDER FORBES!!!!
Stay away from this company. They will never pay out your money.
I was recently medically boarded and requested to retire from my preservation fund. I submitted 2 medical reports as well as the MRI report and their trustees feel that I am NOT unfit to work going against my doctor's decision to medically board me.
Yet I submitted the same medical reports and MRI results to standard bank and they approved my insurance claim. Need I say more.
Alexforbes responded to my last complaint and did absolutely nothing instead they just relayed the same message that I'm declined and closed the complaint.
STAY AWAY FROM ALEXANDER FORBES. This us how they treat medically boarded patients!
