Dear Support
I called Alexander Forbes regarding my unclaimed funds that i have. I asked for the statements to be sent to me and the consultant confirmed thar this was done which was not the case. I queried this that i have not received anything. The consultant the hung up the call. I then called and the consultant kept on saying they can't hear me. I have never received great service from Alexander Forbes when one calls which is so frusting.
