It is with greatest pleasure that I want to post a compliment to Alexander Forbes. After all the bad reviews written I think we have to commend good service when it's provided. My story started 2 months ago when I submitted my claim request. After endless problems and extreme bad service received from the call centre I decided to take it to Hello Peter. My complaint was escalated and within 2 days I was assisted by the miracle worker Kusha Naidoo. Kusha showed client empathy and went above and beyond client expectations. I received sterling service from Kusha and believe it or not my claim was processed and paid out in 2 months. I recommend Kusha for the employee of the year award as the call centre agents can defitenatly follow Kusha footsteps and client service delivery and dedication.
