Standard bank and Alexander forbes

I resigned at standard bank. It's been 2months now I've been waiting for my pension money.. when I call them they keep on saying the person dealing with my payments will get back to me.. mind u I'm using my own airtime I will hold for about an hour they'll keep on saying they trying to trace it on their system.. I'm tired and frustrated about this..
