*********** Staff at Alexander Forbes

The staff at Alexander Forbes is really ***********. They submitted my first tax application on the wrong number. I then did go to Sars fixing everything. I send all documents throug to AF and phoned them. The next tax application they send the wrong number again and also put it through on a wrong name. I had to go to sars again. I then contact Alexander Forbs again. Thursday they said they did sent the correct details to sars . On friday i contact them again so they told me they still waiting ons Sars. On Monday 21 April i contact them again so they tell me they send all documents to Sars on Sunday 🤔 Tuesday they said they still waiting on Sars. Today , Wednesday i contact them again so they say they have not submitted the documents to sars again. So how am i to proceed when all of them tell different stories. I need this shorted ASAP , like in today, otherwhise i am going to loose my house. And they just seem to not care.
