The IT section at Alexander Forbes are'nt sure if they're part of a ****a shop or an international finance institution. For at least six months now my complaints regarding their on-line access have been fobbed off or simply ignored. Each week there seems to be a new problem. Passwords being thrown out, site experiencing technical problems, codes being requested for no good reason etc. To-day one is able to log on , but then the site freezes. AF appear to have done away with their direct complaints e-mail. To get any sense out of numerous \ consultants"I've spoken to is nigh impossible. Bet they would'nt treat their European and US clients with such shoddy service. """
