so much incopitency

In April I resigned from my work and submitted all the information required by the company to receive my payout 3 months later still haven't received nothing, Alexander Forbes is sending me from pillar to post, am considering taking this matter further as I am unemployed right now, all I have been receiving is short emails pointing fingers at each other, am really disappointed in them
