Slow withdrawal payout, delaying tactics and poor communication
I resigned from work 30 September, I have been tracking my claim online and it was finalized a while ago. I got a message on the 23 October that my payment has been rejected due to an automated bank validation process. I called the following day, and I was told to send my bank confirmation letter, ID and marriage certificate which I did, I have been calling almost every day and I get conflicting responses from your agents regarding turnaround times, 5 days later I get an email that I muse send a bank confirmation letter with current surname, why wasn't I told the first time? I have no idea now where the process is, I need my money urgently. I emailed the administrator who emailed me, but I have not received a response. Looking at the complaints here it seems like you excel in delaying people's payments.
