Slow processing of pension fund claims and no response on the state of affiars

I finalized my divorce and let my attorney handle claims to the pension fund, My ex works at Sefako Makgato and I work at the University of Limpopo. I have been emailing SMU and also Alexandra Forbes to determines the exact state of this process because my worry is my ex husband used to work for UL and he left to SMU, the order says his pension fund at SMU which I know he might have withdrawn from UL and went to SMU because he was hoping to take a chunk of mine while knowing he had withdrawn his at UL and the SMU one is little. I have called a million times to this day no response. I wanted to do this follow up but no help at all.
