SLOW PAYOUT PROCESS

I have resigned 21 March from Absa and until today I am waiting for AF to pay my pension funds.

I have only received an sms to say that SARS APPROVED my payout - dealing with consultant Kabelo whom I asked for the values being paid out - only to receive an email after calling this morning to check up and leaving a message... email confirming that it takes 4 to 6 weeks (even though your forms confirm 2 to 4 weeks) and telling me that it is now in the "final stage" being authorizations - no confirmation of the values which I requested and I cant understand how it moves to "final stage" only after 2 days from receiving the sms

can I please get someone to confirm the payout amount and also make work of this - I have been without income since resigning and yet there seems to be no urgency to finalize my claim.
