Slow Payout process
I have been waiting since the 9th of November for a simple payout of my Funds. These people are extremely slow and ***********. Please put your money somewhere else South Africans, not with Alexander Forbes! A payout of MY money should be as simple as sending my account number and getting my money. But no, it’s been 2 months and still waiting for Alexander Forbes to pay me MY money. Stay away from this company...
