Slow Customer Response

<p>Hi i have money due to me from my retirement fund with Alexander Forbes but no one gets back to me when enquiry about the outcome of payment.I am a single mom with 3 kids and unemployed at present. I have put my pride in my pocket to explain reasons for my follow up but to date no one responded not via email or telephonic.I had to call them borrowing money for airtime and each time the consultant says 3-5 working days since 04 April after they received the requested documentation. Each time i must hear its with the administrators. I need my payout asap as explained in the emails i sent on 06 April and 10 April. </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p> </p>
