Slow and don't respond
After a month I am asked for the same source documentation. Email queries turn-around is 3 days or more. Cannot contact the persons actually dealing with my case - always intermediated by the contact centre which just acts as a postbox. Telephone calls are not answered - one day waited for 45 minutes. Requests for a return call not honoured.
