Slack in paying out funds

DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! My reason for saying so is when you do they take their time when it comes to paying out the withdrawal of funds! My ex employer requested withdrawal of my funds on 30 June 2021 and provided all the required documentation and still to date no payment has been received!!!! After two phone calls today from myself, I emailed proof of withdrawal request dated 30 June 2021. I thereafter phoned twice their landline on *** at 13h43 and 13h45 and had to terminate both times as it only rang no one bothers to answer. I demand interest on my capital amount from date of termination of my employment being 31 July 2021 to date of payment and request a statement reflecting such interest!!!! My rights are hereby reserved.
