Six months later

<p>My mother was told she would be receiving her surplus pension money in 4 months. This was last year November. To date she doesn't know how much she's getting, when (if!) she's getting anything, nor does she get any response from your offices when she sends an e-mail. Forget about calling, because she gets shunted from pillar to post, then her calls get dropped or she holds forever.</p>
