Sitting on their hands

<p>After being contacted by Umzuzi about an unclaimed benefit I eventually submitted my claim documents on 16 February 2016. After a couple of calls I was told that it will take about 8 to 12 weeks. So I waited till mid May and when I called and emailed I was told that they only submitted the claim when I chased them up. I spoke to a 'manager' who investigated and called back saying the administrator confirm receipt of my claim and he will call me 2 weeks ago to confirm timeline. I am still waiting and can only assume that due to their negligence I will have to wait another 3 months. My advice call them weekly anoy them weekly just to make sure that your claim was processed.</p>
