Sick and tired

For the past two years I have been trying to get my pensioner payslip sent to my email address. I have phoned *** and I have emailed this request to ***, but I am still receiving my payslip by ordinary mail. Today I phoned AGAIN and spoke to a lady who said she would send me an email to confirm that it would be emailed to me in future, but I have not received any email yet. Same story as everytime.. Just lies. What must I do to get this simple change made? I have wasted time and money on phonecalls and the consultants simply continue to lie to me.
