Shocking service - ****

I have resigned from my job from 21 January 2022 though I started serving notice from 21 Dec 2021- all formalities were done including withdrawal request from Alexandra Forbes on 30 Dec 2021. Got a reference advising that my payout will be done within 4- 6 weeks from last subscription. Sadly I called on 24 Feb and got a rude consultant who advised that she can't see my request therefore will send to their admin- requested call back but was rudely told no I must call. Again 28 Feb called spoke to Mpo who dropped my call until 2nd attempt got Nkosana who adv that he has to escalate therefore I asked for a Manager whom I got hold of after a long hold(Neo) - to my surprise he stated that I have requested for my funds to be held. After a long argument he adv I send original email request which I'm struggling to retrieve as I used banks email. Called HC who was assisting with my Offboarding and after some urguments too he called me back stating the same, when I asked for the original email I sent he sent me a blank form with only my signature as doc was completed online, even asked I complete new form for reprocess- to my surprise as I chose to print the form and complete it manually so no one can update it...what a **** the form is auto selected on background f9r holding funds on option 1, on which the internet Cafe guy had to remove that using paint option- thus when I realized the tactic of Alexandra Forbes as the preselected that 1st option meaning when I chose opt 5 it was double on their back door. What a **** from AF, you choose your option but they had pre- ticked option 1 instead of my option 5 they considered withdrawal. Was told to resend form again which I did but I am frustrated as my account is on arrears as well as debits orders being unpaid. I need my money I worked for the past 11years as in today coz they want to get interest through my money
