Shocking Service (NON SERVICE)
They do not assist telephonically and instead only offer email to resolve an issue. They take 2 weeks to respond to email queries. The court stipulates 60 days to resolve a case but Alex Forbes does as they please. They believe they are above the law. They are disgusting. This is not my first interaction with them...not once have they delivered anything near acceptable service.

24 Jun 2024, 12:10Alexander Forbes has responded to my query. 17 minutes before the 36 hour deadline. All that they have done is repeat their initial request without the clarity I requested on the 19th June. Disgusting and pathetic.
