SHOCKING SERVICE
This is possibly the worst service i have received in years . Nobody has a clue what is happening with a clients pension fund transfer .Retired in Nove ,forms received by them on 28Nov ,pension payment from company recieved 7th Dec and to date nothing is happening and no use calling as they keep you on the line . Messages syas we are closed for 10th Dec for training but its 9th January. If your comapnies pension fund is there i am very sorry for you. Dont think they will be around much longer as they want Sanlam to take over the Employee Benefits section as they are too ***********. !5minutes so hanging up.
