Shocking service

About 5 weeks ago a representative form Alexander Forbes appeared on ENCA News and stated that there was a large amount of unclaimed funds. They advised the public to send an sms to 30913 with I.D Number. This i did. I then received a reply stating "Possible Match" and they provided 2 email addresses. The one email address, my mail kept coming back partially undelivered. The 2nd email address *** - i received an automated response on 20th Nov stating that they will endeavour to respond within 3 working days . Well it has now been more than 12 working days with no response whatsoever! I then again sent an email on 2nd Dec advising of this and again only received an automated response say they will endeavor to respond in 3 working days. This is really unbelievable to say the least. I stoll await a response and perhaps i must write to the ENCA News broadcaster and advise them of this.
