Shocking Service

Alexander Forbes was requested to pay out a divorce settlement on the 11th August 2018, from my ex-husband's Provident fund . It took them 4 mths to come back an tell us they could not pay out as the wording in the divorce agreement was incorrect - this after we had got the wording from them in the first place. We had a new agreement drawn up and asked them to approve the wording before wasting money going back to court. We are still waiting for a response. I have been waiting for 7mths now. I have lost my home, my car and my dignity as I now have to live with one of my children as I am also now unemployed. I find this shocking and appalling that they can treat a human being this way.
