Shocking service
There should be an option less than terrible!
I would like to express my utter disappointment with your service in processing my request to withdraw money from my previous company's provident fund
I have been on the phone with your consultants every second day - wasting MY time and money! Numerous promises were made, yet I am still waiting for the money to show in my account!!!
You haven't as much as bothered to send me an sms to explain the delay. Shocking service!
I was expecting much more from Alexander Forbes. Disappointing indeed!
