SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have logged a query on the 25th of April. Its the 15th the query is still not resolved. Alexander Forbes doesn't want to pay my Nieces pension fund money. Dipuo Fakude advised that she will be assisting with the query but now she is ignoring my follow up emails. The school has told my Niece that she wont write her exams because her school fees is outstanding. Your customer service is SHOCKING...
