This company gives ****ty services, after being on hold for 30 minutes by their unqualified consultant Lindo, I called again and spoke to Veronica who maybe will qualify to work at construction company because she has no customer service, on Friday I was promised my claim will be paid to today but when I call today to check they tell me about " turn around time" which is excuse they been giving ever since, all processes are done except for them to pay me what's due to me, if you were thinking of taking their insurance or life cover PLEASE consider another company this company doesn't give a damn about their customers, maybe they made enough money!! Asked to speak to Managers apparently all were in a meeting leaving business in the hands of incapable individuals with big egos.
