Shame on you Alexandra Forbes

Ref CRM ********** 28206/CRM ********** ********** CRM ********** 026204 or perhaps the latest ref. number after 10 months CRM ********** 001460. Really? The amount is somewhat substantial. Ok some background. I have been receiving a monthly pension for the last 10 years paid directly into my bank account every single month. The excesses that occurred some years back automatically went into my account Paid in by ALEXANDRA FORBES. Then last year April 2017 AF appointed “tracers” to locate me as I had funds due to me. They wanted me to lodge an application giving all my personal details to the “tracers” together with my ID BANK STATEMENT ETC… I was not prepared to have dealing with unknowns, so I then began dealing directly with AF. I submitted all relevant documentation ie Application form, together with Tax number, copy ID document and Copy of my Bank Statement. I followed up regularly for a progress report. They are absolute artists in fobbing me off and the latest response via email was “it’s a retirement, it was archived as an unclaimed because his benefit was rejected by the bank and he was supposed provide us with his bank statement. Can he please provide it we will then process benefit”…. Subsequently, phone calls then began last week. Maria telephonically confirmed that AF were, in fact, in possession of my Bank Statement as per my application dated May 19th 2017 via my email (mind you, it is the very same account that Alexandra Forbes Pension uses to pay my monthly pension). I have had no feedback which was promised and my wife ended up asking to speak to a “supervisor” Veronica who is now conveniently not available to respond. Another 2 weeks goes by with AF staff masterfully not being able to give me any form of an answer. I find the whole scenario incredibly unbelievable and fraught with deceit. Alexandra Forbes pensions have always had all my information. It appears to me that in order to conclude their records it is so easy for them to ARCHIVE my case and if they ignore me long enough I will disappear or die in the meantime.
