Service is atrocious

Sickening the level of service in their customer care.

After spending 6 minutes waiting for a call to be answered I get through to a consult S Govender who I asked to have her manager/supervisor to call me back since he was in a meeting it's 5:26 neither of the people she mentioned have called back.(Brian or Puleng) Maybe it's because I'm not a millionaire investor and they choose not to move mountains to help with a matter of urgency and to add to the fact that I black I mean clearly there's no human factor here just a are you rich enough factor for us to want to help you.
