Service Hero - Great Service

Over the last few weeks, I have struggled to get answers and assistance from staff at Alexander Forbes. I have been met with apathetic and unhelpful staff. Today I contacted the call centre and spoke to Ndivhudzannyi. He was a breath of fresh air. He remained calm under pressure, assisted me quickly, efficiently and with expert know how. He answered my questions, escalated my query and anticipated my needs before they were articulated to him. He is well trained and dedicated to customer service and his passion shows in his interactions. He is definitely a service hero amidst a sea of incompetence. While my claim has not yet been paid, i am confident that everything that can be done has been done. I urge you to reward him for his efforts as employees like him are few and far between. Perhaps he should be training others on how customers should be treated.
