SERVICE DELIVERY IS NON EXISTING
I would have given you a zero rating if possible.
Your customer service is non-existing and to speak to a human being is impossible.
I have been trying to increase my monthly contribution for my RA for over 2 months. I want to give you more money and you simply are not enabling me to do so.
Your *********** service desk agents have sent me the wrong 3 times now.
I am now gatvol of you not wanting me to give you more money and have decided to move my RA to another investment portfolio.
I have for the last 3 weeks tried to get all my debit orders stopped that also did not happen.
I have made complaints on your website, I have asked for a financial advisor to call me. I received a call on Monday, my phone rang once ONE RING. No follow-up call, NOTHING.
