**** Service

Service is up to ****!My husband has been waiting for his pension pay out for more than 5 weeks and when he eventually phoned them he had to hold on for an hour.After holding on for an hour the phone was put down whilst on hold.After eventually getting a chance to speak to them they confirmed his tax number was incorrect.They didn't even attemp contacting him to get the correct details.Furthermore the admin person is the one who ****ed up and just doesn't care or atleast thats how I see it.Would absolutely not recommend them!!!!
