seriously, another 4 months

I left my place of employment in January and my pension fund claim was sent in. I received a letter on thursday the 9th of April 2015 to say that it had been paid out on the 22nd of February, So I called them to asked who it was paid to because it wasnt me . Oh no there was a problem and it was sent back. OK, why not let me know?<br> <br> So I sent a copy of my Id and a letter from my bank on thursday. No no no, send it in, then call us on your time so that we can look for the email which I did on friday the 10th of april. Now i'm told that it was sent to the administrators and it will take 3 to 5 working days. <br> <br> This morning,15th of april, I am told it was only started yesterday, bank verification will take 3 to 5 days and then only I will get it late next week. <br> <br> BUT ALEXANDER FORBES HAVE BEEN SITTING WITH IT FOR 2 MONTHS ALREADY., AND STILL NO FIRM INFORMATION<br> <br> <br> *********** IS NOT THE WORD I WOULD USE<br>
