Serious lack of communication . destroyed my confidence in them

This company can barely keep track of documents, they have requested the same documents on more than 3 occasions. All documents were submitted on the 26th of April. Then on the 10th of may I received a message asking to contact Alexander Forbes regarding my retirement fund claim. I sent all the documents yet again and never received a response to notify me that the documents were received so I sent a mail on the 10th of may to enquire if the documents have been received but had no response yet again. On the 29th of may I received yet another SMS to contact Alexander Forbes regarding my pension fund. When I called them I was asked for an email address so that they could forward the notice of banking details form which they wanted me to complete and send it again for the 3rd time. I gave them my email address and they were able to locate the documents I sent. But can still not give me an estimated date for payment. I was told that it would be four to six weeks from the 7th of may but I originally sent my documents to them for the 2nd time on the 26th of March. I still have no idea as to when I can be expected to be paid out. I wouldn't advise anybody invest their hard earned cash with a company that can't keep track of emails let alone money. I will be investing with Alan grey in the future and will be getting all my family members to move their investments from Alexander Forbes. When you really counting on the money to provide for your family after an unfortunate turn of events in ones life. this company will let you doe
