Second review same bad experience.

This is my second review in a space of 2 months. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm frustrated with this company. After the initial review, I was promised that the turn around time for a claim is 8-10 weeks. It is now week 13 and the claim process is still stuck on the same stage it was 2 months ago.

I've reached out to the Mabore Magashoa who didn't even bother to reply after she promised that the claim process takes 10 weeks maximum. Well I'm on 13 going on 14 weeks now and there's no sign of progress or communication.

If you're planning on investing or transferring your retirement to this company then take a second to rethink your decision because only regret and despair comes with this company
