I don't understand why companies still even use this ******* and pathetic financial service. I have been trying to get hold of em for two weeks on my second claim. With no luck of even going through. A six weeks claim has been with them for over two months.. ULTIMATE NONSENSE, ******* & PATHETIC FINANCIAL SERVICE!!!
