SARS DIRECTIVE OUTSTANDING- PATHETIC AF SERVICE

Pathetic service. I've been trying to get assistance regarding a tax directive that wasn't uploaded to SARs and nothing from Alexandra Forbes. Is there anybody working for this company? There's an employee by the name of Eugene Mokoena that rep**** that he will get assistance for me, but even he has disappeared since then, he simply ignores all of my emails. No response whatsoever and this is affecting my SARS compliance. Ridiculous, really.
