SADNESS SADNESS EVEN BRANCH MANAGER DONT KNOW THEIR RULES
when i started my policy i was told i am allowed to buy generic windows for the car i insured in December 2018 - i have this in writing from Alex Forbes from 2 different people, i did even speak to the branch manager which over the telephone yesterday did confirm generic on my policy is free, today i have to pay because now its not allowed, i am sooo tired of the lies, tired....
