Rude Tele agent named Ntokozo

Had a bad encounter today with a call center agent named Ntokozo who was totally rude to me today I got absolutely no help it's like he was talking to his friend I wonder that's how they train their staff what got under my skin the most the first question he asked me why am I taking long to answer my phone before greeting before stating who he was and where he was calling from. I have never in my life spoke to such a rude unprofessional Tele agent. May this issue be addressed
