Rude consultant to me

I've got a contract with that i missed two payments to pay them i did tell them when to debut full amount which account everything was fine agreed and confirmed. Today I received a call apparently Cellc never get money to my account im asking how the money was there im told that in owing them.

My question is why they didn't debit i gave them instructions to do so. Portia who was so rude to me told me that she won't have full info what she knows is I didn't pay my account. What do you call this????????
