Absolutely ******* service!!!!! On hold for more than 5 hours over 3 days! No one can tell me anything about my claim! Sent the same documents 3 times and still no one can give me answers! Automated service says expect a reply within 3 days, its been almost a month!!!!! Who do I have to contact to be heard? I just want to know whats going on with my claim
