Rotten service

Its been months since ive submitted my claim form. To this day i still have not received any payments. Im really upset with the awful services received from this company called in last week to follow up and was told my docs has been sent to sars...today im told my documents has not been submitted for tax this is extremely upsetting such neglegence from their Finance Admin department bunch of lies im being told each time i call in. Promise to get back to me but no one does.
